Excellent craftsmanship, in stock, shipped right away

I had never had a need for a gas strut, or lift support before but found this was correct for my needs. I had some doubts about how to use it, but one phone call got me you a very polite young lady who answered my question very clearly. I was able to attach the support with no difficulty and only a minor change of using a few simple washers. Thank you for a superb transaction.

Customer service and shipping were exceptional but the 5/16 ends were NOT switched to 6mm like CS said and I had to drive to town for bushings otherwise it would be 5 star.
