At Lift Supports Depot it is important to us to do everything we can to protect our family and our communities. Due to Covid we have made the following changes, and ask for your patience during these challenging times.
1) Our customer service team is working remote, we have experienced an increase in call volume and ask for your patience when calling. For quicker assistance you can email us at Support@liftsupportsdepot.com.
2) Our building is closed to visitors. Our shipping department is open and orders are shipping as normal with no delays or impact.
3) If interacting with our staff in person, please ensure you are wearing a face covering at all times. Visitors without face coverings will be asked to leave.
We are offering curbside pickup during Checkout. This option can take up to 2 hours to process, once your order is ready for pickup your order will be placed in a Red Bin at the back of the building. One of our Customer Service team members will call you to let you know your order is ready for pickup. Please note this is a Loading zone and Fire Lane, please do not block this alley. Our Shipping Department is not able to assist with Technical issues/questions. If you have them please call the curbside hotline at the posted number. Curbside Pickup is available 9:00am - 4:00pm PST Monday - Friday.
We've implemented a curbside hotline, if you are on the premises and need to speak with someone, please ensure you are parked in a parking spot and call the posted number between their operating hours of 9:00am - 4:00pm PST Monday - Friday. Please note our shipping department isn't able to assist curbside visitors.
