How is a new return handled For Standard Automotive Applications?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product you can return them within 30 days for a refund or replacement, which ever you prefer.
If it is due to a mistake that we made we will prepay the return postage, if it is an error on your part the postage is your responsibility.
You will need to contact us and let us know what the problem is and we will then issue a RMA number. We will try and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
We try to provide accurate support and suggestions for custom projects. Due to the nature of the operation of a lift support there are many factors that will change the performance of the application and we cannot account for all factors. For example, miscalculations of the weight, differences in the angle of installation, excessive front weight, etc. We do not have an engineer onsite, to help with custom projects and offer our best suggestion base only on our experience. Purchasing a support based of the suggestion of our staff indicates that you understand this. We will gladly accept returns, and exchanges on these applications, however the purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs.
