We ship from our strategically located warehouses on the East and West Coasts to deliver your products to you quickly and safely. We're sorry, but no local pickups are available.

Products are shipping via a range of shipping carriers, including USPS, Amazon Logistics, DHL, FedEx, and UPS. We estimate delivery of 2-5 days for most items. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer. A number of expedited shipping options are also available for purchase.

 

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options may be available for your order. You will see any available options in your shopping cart along with our standard free shipping. These options are available for you to purchase.

  1. Processing Time: Orders placed before 1pm ET/10am PT on business days (Monday–Friday) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day. 2-Day Shipping refers to two business days, and overnight shipping refers to next business day.
  2. Delivery Estimates: Delivery times may vary based on the carrier, destination, and external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing for international orders).
  3. Carrier Responsibility: Once an order has been shipped, Lift Supports Depot is not responsible for carrier-related delays. Customers are encouraged to track their shipment using the provided tracking number.
  4. Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  5. Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped, including in cases of carrier delays.
  6. Restricted Locations: Expedited shipping may not be available for certain remote or international locations. If your location is affected, we will notify you as soon as possible.
