Strong Arm 4546 lift support for the 1988-2001 BMW 750IL trunk. 11.8 in extended length, 142 lbs of force, a threaded (8 mm) body end and a 10 mm ball socket short (3/8 in) shaft end, and 8.36 in compressed length. Replaces the original support to bring a sagging or slow-closing trunk back to proper lift and hold. Also fits the 1993-2001 BMW 740IL and 1993-2001 BMW 740I. Fitment note: Body Code: E38. Sold one per unit; replacing the pair keeps lift force even. Stroke is 3.44 in. The rod measures 10 mm and the cylinder 19 mm. Includes a 1-year warranty.
