hard to find lifts for a horse trailer
I want to thank you guys for the help that you gave in finding the correct supports for our horse trailer. The company that rebuilt the trailer for us took the old lifts off and replaced them with lifts that were not suitable. So, we had no old part number and the trailer we have is no longer on the market, so there are no replacement parts. Jessica worked with up to find suitable lifts that had been used on other models of this trailer, but they were too long for our model. After calling her again, we found a set of lifts that fit and worked perfectly. We were able to easily return the first set for refund. I have not worked with a more accommodating and friendly group.
