Excellent product!
As close to OEM as you will get but a third of the price, especially if you chage yourself. Literally took me less than 10 minutes to change out. I added Molly bearing grease to each attachment knuckle as well. Super smooth! I installed both the hood struts and rear liftgate struts on my 2013 Lexus RX350.

Worked as described
My hood wasn't staying up with the old supports. These supports did their job nicely. My hood easily opens now.

Great customer service
I'm not familiar with the mechanics of lifts and struts so I called customer service. Both times they were very helpful. When the mechanic installed the hood lifts he mentioned they were well made.
