Stabilus 3B-104209 Lift Supports
Had difficulty placing the order for new supports on line (not unusual) so I called. Jessica (pleasant, helpful, and competent), answered the phone and took the order verbally. It seemed as if the order was shipped as I was hanging up the phone and the complementary express shipping had the correct parts on my doorstep two days later. I took the few minutes to watch their video which made the actual installation safe and really easy. So for the investment of less time than it would take to make an appointment at a repair shop and at a very fair price, I have a van with a liftgate that works as well as new.
