2002 Toyota Highlander
This model fit the rear hatch of my 2002 Toyota Highlander perfectly. The rear hatch lifts and stays open as it did from the factory. Installed in minutes with a ratchet, 10mm socket and a flat blade screwdriver.

Excellent Customer Service
Incorrect lift support was shipped in the initial shipment. Customer service was notified and a replacement was sent immediately. Received a couple days later. Replacement was simple and straight forward. Exact fit! Return label was sent with the replacement, so returning the incorrect item was no problem. Will definitely use LiftSupportDepot again for any future needs.
