Warranty Replacement
I purchased my first set of these from Amazon right about 3 years ago. Recently they began to moan and groan when opening, and not as much when closing. I reached out to the company they came from looking for a solution to this problem. Lift Supports Depot offered to replace for free, as they come with a 5 year warranty. I had to pay for shipping, but it was worth that to me in order to get a new pair. I appreciate the customer service and support from Lift Supports Depot.
