28.50 Inch Lift Supports Depot PM9035 Lift Support | PM9035-W

The new lift supports for my Honda Odyssey work fine so far (4 days). I got supports for my Ford Taurus trunk a couple of years ago, and they still work good, hope the Honda does as will. The more important part of my review is the clarity of installation instruction I found from these folks. The printed instructions in the box, the website and youtube video are first class. They not only told me what to do and why, but what problems I MIGHT expect to find and how to get around them. This is excellent anticipation on their part. They know their customers are not mechanics, but probably bright enough to understand an explanation of how things work, what you need to do, why you need to do it, what situations or conditions you might encounter, why you encountered them and what to do about it. Good LORD, why can't every company do this for their products. Thank yoiu for what must have been a long process of looking at your product and installation from the customer's point of view. I appreciate the effort because I happen to notice these types of things, and most of the rest of your customers may never notice, tell you or maybe even need the documentation, But their experience with you product will be much better, less stressful and leave them with a good feeling about the product and the process. Congratulations. If I ever need another lift support, it will be from you.
