Stabilus SG312001 lift support for the 1979-1982 Peugeot 505 trunk. 18.76 in extended length, 81 lbs of force, a 10 mm ball socket (3/8 in) body end and a 8.33 mm eyelet (21/64 in) shaft end, and 10.97 in compressed length. Replaces the original support to bring a sagging or slow-closing trunk back to proper lift and hold. Also fits the 1979-1984 Peugeot 551A. Fitment note: Mfg. To 08/1984. Sold one per unit; replacing the pair keeps lift force even. Stroke is 7.8 in. The rod measures 8 mm and the cylinder 18 mm. Includes a 1-year warranty.
