Strong Arm 4003 lift support for the 1984-1988 Chevrolet Corvette hood. 6.38 in extended length, 263 lbs of force, 8 mm eyelet (5/16 in) end fittings, and 4.93 in compressed length. Replaces the original support to bring a sagging or slow-closing hood back to proper lift and hold. Sold one per unit; replacing the pair keeps lift force even. Stroke is 1.45 in. The rod measures 10 mm and the cylinder 22 mm. Finished in black. Includes a 1-year warranty.
