Strong Arm 4544 lift support for the 1991-1997 BMW 850CI hood. 13.07 in extended length, 112 lbs of force, 8.33 mm eyelet (21/64 in) end fittings, and 8.51 in compressed length. Direct-fit replacement for the original support, restoring proper lift and hold on a sagging or failing hood. Also fits the 1994-1997 BMW 840CI, 1994-1995 BMW 850CSI, and 1991-1992 BMW 850I. Sold individually; replacing both sides is recommended. Stroke is 4.56 in. The rod measures 8 mm and the cylinder 19 mm. Finished in black. Backed by a 1-year warranty.
