Replacement lift cylinder

First time customer. Only time can be the final judge, but I am totally impressed so far. Great web site, great customer service, and fantastic customer service follow up at each stage (order, shipping, delivery — with detailed instructions & a video link). Parts matched my vehicle exactly. Installation exactly as described. The notes on install errors was also was also great as I read about them and did not have to make them. Best hint was the step ladder tailgate support. Truly noteworthy experience.

They were a perfect fit and easy to install, just watched a video on you tube, however they did come with easy to understand installation instructions.

Great lifts

Great lifts only problem was one of the plastic end pieces broke. when putting the clip back in place. Just read and follow instructions online.
