Special Lift Support
The item didn't quite fit exactly so I had to drill the holes a little bigger and then it fit perfectly. It works perfectly on my toolbox.

I received the lift ingredients shape, however noticed the mounting holes were smaller, so this was not a direct replacement, however after a little drilling it worked.
