Finally a solution
After some great communication regarding the correct support to order, I finally have a lift gate that stays up! After adding a ladder to my Outback Wilderness the lift gate would sag or close immediately after opening. The addition of a new lift support is just what the gate needed.
When used in accordance with the StrongArm Vehicle Application Listing, AVM warrants the StrongArm Gas Charged Lift Support against any defects in manufacturing or workmanship for a period of 12 months from installation.
