Strong Arm 6278 lift support for the 2001-2007 Volvo V70 tailgate. 12.53 in extended length, 260 lbs of force, 13 mm ball socket long cup (steel) type (1/2 in) end fittings, and 3.25 in compressed length. Direct-fit replacement for the original support, restoring proper lift and hold on a sagging or failing tailgate. Also fits the 2003-2007 Volvo XC70. Sold individually; replacing both sides is recommended. Stroke is 9.28 in. The rod measures 10 mm and the cylinder 28 mm. Finished in black. Backed by a 1-year warranty.
