Makes a world of a difference. Smooth, slow, and easy lowering of the tailgate. Way better than the slam down if you not careful method. Wife likes it, easy for her, and I dont always have to open the tailgate now :)

Installation was simple and straightforward. The support damps the tailgate opening so I don't need to hold the tailgate at all.
