Stabilus 5B-9494KC lift support for the 1998-2003 Mercedes-Benz E320 tailgate. 12.8 in extended length, 315 lbs of force, a 10 mm ball socket (3/8 in) body end and a 10 mm ball socket claw (steel) type (3/8 in) shaft end, and 8.62 in compressed length. Replaces the original support to bring a sagging or slow-closing tailgate back to proper lift and hold. Sold one per unit; replacing the pair keeps lift force even. Stroke is 4.17 in.
