Lift Supports Depot PM2019EX lift support for the 2000-2005 Ford Excursion rear glass window. 15.87 in extended length, 143 lbs of force, 10 mm ball socket (3/8 in) end fittings, and 9.87 in compressed length. Replaces the original support to bring a sagging or slow-closing rear glass window back to proper lift and hold. Fitment note: 1.5 in Additional Opening For 2 & 4Wd. Sold one per unit; replacing the pair keeps lift force even. Stroke is 6 in. The rod measures 8 mm and the cylinder 19 mm. Finished in black. Includes a 1-year warranty.

Lift supports for excursion rear hatch

I’ve had them on my vehicle for a few days now and really appreciate the extra clearance so the I don’t hit my head.

I bought these for my Ford Excursion after seeing them mentioned in a forum. They raise it higher than stock, but not too high, and that's a huge improvement. Much easier to raise my door with new supports, too.

If you own a Ford Excursion, these are the rear gate lift supports you want. These are quality lift supports that lift the glass above head height (but still 100% manageable for my 5'5" wife). Perfect replacement for worn out struts.

Lift better than the standard otc brand you buy. Also went with the slightly longer struts which helps with height clearance.

Easy change-out, works great. I should have bought these at the first sign of the old shocks not lifting the hatch.
