Taurus trunk lift support
Bought two replacements when one went bad. Installed easily with EXCELLENT instructions and video from Liftsupport Depot. Been on for a few days, work well so far. High point is information provided via video, instructions, FAQs etc. They appear to have anticipated all the questions I would have and the problems I may encounter. I did NOT need to call anyone because I understood everything that needed to be done, all the problems I could encounter, why they could happen, how to avoid or fix a problem. THey even explained why the new supports may be 1/4 inch longer than old ones: build up of dirt from cylinder shafts accumulating in the cylinder. It was true, my old supports were somewhat shorter at full open and with new supports the trunk opens a little higher than before. I can't say enough about how confident I felt about installing these new support cylinders after reading all this and seeing the videos. Great job Depot!
