Lift Supports Depot PM3248 lift support for the 1988-2003 Jaguar XJ hood. 15.75 in extended length, 85 lbs of force, 10 mm ball socket (3/8 in) end fittings, and 9.45 in compressed length. Direct-fit replacement for the original support, restoring proper lift and hold on a sagging or failing hood. Also fits the 1988-1994 Jaguar XJ12, 1988-1994 Jaguar XJ6, and 1989-1994 Jaguar Vanden Plas. Sold individually; replacing both sides is recommended. Stroke is 6.3 in. The rod measures 10 mm and the cylinder 22 mm. Backed by a 1-year warranty.
