Lift Supports Depot PM3425 lift support for the 2004-2010 BMW X3 hood. 11.22 in extended length, 162 lbs of force, a 10 mm ball socket short (3/8 in) body end and a 10 mm ball socket (3/8 in) shaft end, and 7.2 in compressed length. Replaces the original support to bring a sagging or slow-closing hood back to proper lift and hold. Fitment note: Excluding Sport Appearance Package. Sold one per unit; replacing the pair keeps lift force even. Stroke is 3.43 in. The rod measures 8 mm and the cylinder 18 mm. Includes a 1-year warranty.
