I couldn't be more pleased with the service from these guys. I had an heavy duty attic stairs that needed the gas springs replaced. The stair manufacturer would not supply replacement parts. Rather than buying a new stairs for $250.00+ labor to install it, I replaced the gas springs for less than $50.00. It now works good as new.

At a fair price, these struts come as a complete package with the piston and each attachment. Many places you have to search for each piece separately. The support team helped me identify my struts against the units I already had. This is a good group.
