Stabilus SG204043 lift support for the 2002-2010 Mercury Mountaineer liftgate. 22.01 in extended length, 216 lbs of force, 10 mm ball socket (3/8 in) end fittings, and 14.57 in compressed length. Direct-fit replacement for the original support, restoring proper lift and hold on a sagging or failing liftgate. Also fits the 2002-2005 Ford Explorer and 2003-2005 Lincoln Aviator. Sold individually; replacing both sides is recommended. Stroke is 7.44 in. The rod measures 10 mm and the cylinder 22 mm. Backed by a 1-year warranty.
