Stabilus SG301004 lift support for the 1993-1999 Volkswagen Golf trunk. 19.69 in extended length, 79 lbs of force, 10 mm ball socket (3/8 in) end fittings, and 11.61 in compressed length. Replaces the original support to bring a sagging or slow-closing trunk back to proper lift and hold. Fitment note: Without Defroster. Sold one per unit; replacing the pair keeps lift force even. Stroke is 8.07 in. The rod measures 8 mm and the cylinder 18 mm. Finished in black. Includes a 1-year warranty.
