Stabilus SG404005 lift support for the 1981-1982 Lincoln Town CAR trunk. 13.19 in extended length, 94 lbs of force, 10 mm ball socket (3/8 in) end fittings, and 8.27 in compressed length. Replaces the original support to bring a sagging or slow-closing trunk back to proper lift and hold. Fitment note: Vehicle Manufactured 03/1981 To 02/1982. Sold one per unit; replacing the pair keeps lift force even. Stroke is 4.92 in. The rod measures 8 mm and the cylinder 19 mm. Finished in black. Includes a 1-year warranty.
