Stabilus SG404010 lift support for the 1990-1997 Lincoln Town CAR hood. 11.26 in extended length, 106 lbs of force, a 10 mm ball socket (3/8 in) body end and a 8 mm ball socket (5/16 in) shaft end, and 7.44 in compressed length. Replaces the original support to bring a sagging or slow-closing hood back to proper lift and hold. Sold one per unit; replacing the pair keeps lift force even. Stroke is 3.82 in. The rod measures 8 mm and the cylinder 22 mm. Finished in black. Includes a 1-year warranty.
