Strong Arm 4116 lift support for the 2000-2006 BMW X5 hood. 11.38 in extended length, 148 lbs of force, a 10 mm ball socket (3/8 in) body end and a 10 mm ball socket short (3/8 in) shaft end, and 7.88 in compressed length. Replaces the original support to bring a sagging or slow-closing hood back to proper lift and hold. Sold one per unit; replacing the pair keeps lift force even. Stroke is 3.5 in. The rod measures 8 mm and the cylinder 19 mm. Finished in black. Includes a 1-year warranty.
