Strong Arm 4257 lift support for the 1998-2004 Dodge Intrepid hood. 21.02 in extended length, 52 lbs of force, a 8 mm ball socket (5/16 in) body end and a 10 mm ball socket (3/8 in) shaft end, and 12.43 in compressed length. Direct-fit replacement for the original support, restoring proper lift and hold on a sagging or failing hood. Also fits the 1998-2004 Chrysler 300M and 1998-2004 Chrysler Intrepid. Sold individually; replacing both sides is recommended. Stroke is 8.59 in. The rod measures 8 mm and the cylinder 15 mm. Backed by a 1-year warranty.

When used in accordance with the StrongArm Vehicle Application Listing, AVM warrants the StrongArm Gas Charged Lift Support against any defects in manufacturing or workmanship for a period of 12 months from installation.
