Strong Arm 4989 lift support for the 1998-2005 Volkswagen Passat hood. 28.43 in extended length, 70 lbs of force, 10 mm ball socket (3/8 in) end fittings, and 16.83 in compressed length. Direct-fit replacement for the original support, restoring proper lift and hold on a sagging or failing hood. Also fits the 1998-2004 Audi A6 Quattro, 1998-2004 Audi A6, and 2001-2004 Audi S6.
