The back hatch on my Toyota Van was heavy and difficult to lift. Once you got it open, it would not stay open. After several people got several bumps on their heads, the wife insisted I fix it. Searching for replacement parts online, Google listed LiftSupportsDepot.com . I simply listed the year, make and model of my vehicle. The website quickly listed the struts I needed. I was skeptical at first, so I took the part number off the old strut and searched again. Ta Daaaa ! Same results ! These struts were about $20 each, and I was about to discover what a GREAT price this was. Before I placed my order I called my Toyota dealer where I purchased the van. Told them what I needed and gave them the part number right off the installed struts. The looked it up and told me that the part number I gave them was NOT a "good" Toyota part number. I told them the part number I gave them was right off the struts that were installed when I bought the Van. He told me he could look up what I needed since they have all the Van's information. After all, they sold it to me. After a few minutes he came back and told me they do not have them in stock but would be happy to order them. Ready for this? These struts listed at $141.00 each. That's right, EACH. I told him there must be some confusion as to what I was ordering. There wasn't. I thanked him but wasn't sure if he could hear it over my laughter. Needless to say, now I am even more skeptical about ordering these $20 struts from Lift Supports Depot that sell other places for $141. I took a deep breath and ordered two of these twenty dollar struts from Lift Supports Depot. A few days later they arrived. They fit like a glove. Snapped in place in under 5 minutes just like the video on their website showed, and worked perfectly. Thank you Lift Supports Depot. I am about to order 4 more struts for the hatches on my boat.Rich
