Strong Arm 6586 lift support for the 1992-1995 Jaguar XJS hood. 19.92 in extended length, 52 lbs of force, 10 mm ball socket (3/8 in) end fittings, and 12.17 in compressed length. Direct-fit replacement that restores full lift and hold to a hood that has started to sag or drift down. Also fits the 1996 Jaguar XJS. Fitment note: Non Locking Design; Replaces Locking Design. Sold individually. Most applications use two, so replace both together. Stroke is 7.75 in. The rod measures 8 mm and the cylinder 18 mm. Covered by a 1-year warranty.
