Good quality and service
Just installed StrongArm struts on the rear hatch of my wife's 2015 Lexus RX350. Works great. A few years ago I put StrongArm struts on the front hood of same car. I really liked the soft stop at the top limit of the extension. What a great idea! There was no mention of the soft stop in the description or literature, so it was a pleasant surprise. When I needed to do the hatch struts, I knew exactly what I wanted. Thx, Craig

23.40 Strong Arm Lift Supports
Had replaced these before years ago. Standard head screwdriver is all you need and someone or something to hold the left gate open. Took all of 8 minutes to replace two support arms. Great product, good company.

Great product. Was delivered quickly, came with installation instructions, and was easy to install. Installed both lift supports in ten minutes.

Rear support lifts for a 2010 Lexus RX350
I called the dealer to see their price, and then started looking around. After several different stores, I chose Lift Depot.
The customer service is incredible. After a few moments on the phone, I had ordered all four of the lifts I needed.
A couple of days later, FEDEX stops in front of my house and it’s a small package. To my surprise and joy, my new lifts had arrived. All I needed to do was lift a spring clip off and pull on the lift and it came out. Repeat for all of the others and you are done faster than reading this.
The ball sockets came pre-greased so installation was super easy and super fast. Please have a helper hold the hood and or trunk lift because they are heavy.
I will never shop anywhere else. -
Lexus RX 350 liftgate fails in cold weather
This is my second set of lift support struts. I put a couple on my Tacoma's hood(Toyota doesn't have sturts on the Tacoma hood and it's a heavy hood)
The sturts were a breeze to put on the RX. If it took 10 minutes to install. Perfect fit and they work like a champ. Strong Arm sends an insturction guide which has good information. It was worth the read for the installation process.
After the installation, the action was smooth as silk, before it was soo jerky before.
