Strong Arm 6851 lift support for the 2009-2017 Volkswagen CC trunk. 16.22 in extended length, 25 lbs of force, 10 mm ball socket short (3/8 in) end fittings, and 10.12 in compressed length. Direct-fit replacement for the original support, restoring proper lift and hold on a sagging or failing trunk. Also fits the 2009-2012 Volkswagen Passat CC. Sold individually; replacing both sides is recommended. Stroke is 6.1 in. The rod measures 6 mm and the cylinder 15 mm. Finished in black. Backed by a 1-year warranty.
