these lift replacements are a perfect fit for my A.R.E. bed cap rear door. I've almost forgotten what is like to have a door go up by itself. no longer need to clamp vice grips on the rod to hold it up anymore.

Perfect item, and pretty easy to locate and order. I was unable to get a cross to the existing units, but was easily able to find the appropriate item on the website. And it fit perfectly when it arrived.
I wish I'd know about this place when I had to replace the hatch lifts on the SPIRIT OF SOUTH CAROLINA. That was a hassle and required some hackery.
